I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Emma. She truly was one of my favorite aunts. I am so glad I got to visit her in January. When I was there,She showed me that night that she had no fear of death and it was ok, to go and be with The Lord. There is no doubt in my mind she is with Him right now.

From the Hill family of Greenwood. My mother Jerry Hill used to babysit Dave in Mt. Pleasant Addition. I remember her saying what a good mother Emma was and how she enjoyed the Benner family. May your family have many good memories and our condolences to your family. From Nancy Ross, Kim McQuire and Dan Hill
Terry Skitz Ledbetter says
We will always remember your loved one and please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Even though we are not blood relatives you have always made us feel that way. I am remembering the trip to Florida that your mother took with us a few years ago and what a wonderful time we had with her. She had just finished Chemo and was still a little weary but insisted on going on the trip. One funny remark that Emma made was that she would like to write a book about all of the “rest stops” along the route because she visited all of them. There were other moments but too many to relate. Rest assured it was a fun trip.
God Bless you and your family
Terry and Skitz
